The Salon Marketing Mastery Program combines teaching, learning and coaching (one-on-one with Kirsten) for salon owners seeking to create a powerful strategic marketing plan for their business.
This intensive program will teach you how to develop, implement and monitor your very own annual salon marketing plan as well as promotional campaigns and strategies that will promote your brand, attract more clients to your salon, increase your sales and strengthen client loyalty.

1. Book in a call: To find out more, book a call by clicking on the ‘Book in a Call’ button. You will be asked to provide some background information about your salons goals and challenges that you need help with.
2. Select time and date for call: After you request to book a call, you will get an email confirmation and then we will contact you to set up a time and date for your call and to exchange contact details (e.g., Skype, phone number, Facetime, Facebook Messenger).
3. Kirsten will call you: Once you’ve completed the form and set up your time and date, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Kirsten will call you at the time you’ve booked. If you need to change the time, you can send us a message and we will make the change for you.
In most cases, Kirsten is available to talk to you within 24 hours, but sometimes she has a lot of bookings, so it may be 48-72 hours.

The BBC Program is a partnership between the coach and salon owner, who meet regularly online via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Messenger.
How Does It Work?
The coach and salon owner meet online and clarify your goals, strategies and actions. You complete the actions between coaching session and we debrief in-depth at each session.
